Returns & Exchanges Terms:

  • Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and unaltered — with all original packaging, price tags, and labels intact. Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless verified to have a manufacturing defect.
  • PANO reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.

3. General Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, kindly provide the following information:

Required Information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange for items purchased via Shop Online PANOMY.ASIA.

5. Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their return shipping and covering all associated shipping fees.
  • A tracking number and proof of delivery must be provided once the return has been shipped.
  • All additional charges incurred during a return or exchange (e.g., shipping fees, duties, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any re-shipping fees, if applicable, are also the responsibility of the customer.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Exchanges are not permitted for:

  • Worn or used items
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective upon arrival.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for faulty or defective items reported within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a refund, please contact support@panomy.asia, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after all return details are confirmed. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
