Yes. Shop Online PANOMY.ASIA is our official e-store, and every product we offer is 100% authentic.

In addition to our online store, our products are available at select locations in Kuala Lumpur:

9. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Yes. You must create an account on Shop Online PANO.com to complete any purchase.

10. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

  1. Browse products by category (e.g. Women or Men) or use the filters on the Shopping Page
  2. Click on a product to view its details.
  3. Select your preferred quantity / size
  4. Click Add to Cart
  5. Proceed to the Checkout page
  6. Register or log in and fill in your personal details to complete your order

11. CAN I SHIP MY ORDER OUTSIDE MALAYSIA?

Yes, international shipping is available. Please note that shipping fees do not include GST, overseas taxes, or duties. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

12. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled once checkout is completed. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.

13. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the purchase is deemed invalid or does not meet our terms and conditions.

14. DOES SHOP ONLINE PANOMY.ASIA OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

No, gift wrapping is not currently available.

15. CAN I REQUEST A PAPER BAG FOR MY ORDER?

Yes. During checkout, enter "Request for paper bag" in the Remark column, and a paper bag will be included with your order.

16. HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE?

  2. Log in or create a Shop Online PANOMY.ASIA account
  3. Select your items and click Add to Cart
  4. Proceed to the Checkout page
  5. Enter your promo code in the Promo Code section
  6. Complete the checkout process

17. WHY IS MY PROMO CODE NOT WORKING?

If your promo code does not work, please email our customer service at support@panomy.asia with your promo code.

18. THERE’S AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email support@panomy.asia with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot for reference.

19. CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS AT A PHYSICAL STORE?

No. Shop Online PANOMY.ASIA does not currently offer in-store pickup for online orders.

20. I’VE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you placed separate orders, items may be shipped in separate parcels. If items from a single order are missing, please contact support@panomy.asia for assistance.

21. WHAT IF I NOTICE MY PERSONAL DETAILS ARE INCORRECT AFTER CHECKOUT?

If you realize your personal details are incorrect after completing checkout, email support@panomy.asia with your order number. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to amend your order.

22. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

No. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
