A MOTHER'S DAY AFTERNOON WITH CAFÉ KITSUNÉ Rewinding time with the Mother’s Days special, Café Kitsuné welcomed a charming gathering of familiar faces, close friends, and inspiring mothers for an intimate afternoon dedicated to celebrating connection, style, and shared moments. As the exclusive media invited to the private affair, FirstClasse Malaysia joined a curated guest list comprising fashionable mums, socialites, and familiar digital personalities for an afternoon centred around thoughtful conversations, sweet indulgences, and quality time with family.  Set within Café Kitsuné’s warm and contemporary space, guests were invited to indulge in a thoughtfully curated Mother’s Day High Tea experience celebrating the women who inspire and nurture us every day. The menu featured the café’s classic: Top Tier Black sesame choux Mini salted dark chocolate bar Mini blueberry tart Mini citrus meringue tart Middle Tier Coffee roll cake 2 x foxshortbread Canelé Bottom Tier Katsu sando Paired with a choice of artisanal coffee and tea, the afternoon offered a refined yet relaxed moment of escape amidst the city’s pace. The afternoon unfolded naturally with portrait sessions highlighting both playful candid moments and elegant editorial-style shots. Mothers and daughters arrived dressed in selected looks from Maison Kitsuné, bringing a subtle blend of Parisian sophistication and effortless charm to the occasion. Beyond the mother-daughter duos, several guests attended with their close circle of friends — a reminder that Mother’s Day can also be about celebrating friendship, support systems, and the women who uplift one another through every stage of life.  

As the weather shifts, Maison Kitsuné unveils its new campaign to mark the change of season and the beginning of summer, imagined, captured, and directed by Joe Cruz. To mark the height of the summer season,  Maison Kitsuné partners with British artist Joe Cruz for an original visual project. Blending the  brand’s signature Parisian elegance with the  artist’s distinctive graphic universe, iconic silhouettes are reimagined through a pixel-manipulation technique that is both subtle and  bold. This collaboration creates a vibrant visual dialogue - at once modern and nostalgic - infusing a true breath of fresh air. An invitation  to escape, where art meets style, designed for  the summer season.

Maison Kitsuné unveils a new chapter in its cultural dialogue with Japan through an exclusive denim capsule created in collaboration with KURO, the Tokyo-founded label renowned for its uncompromising approach to craftsmanship. The Maison Kitsuné x KURO capsule embodies a shared vision of clothing as culture, where people, heritage and storytelling are woven into every piece. The campaign images showcase the Japanese artisans behind KURO, photographed wearing the garments as a tribute to their craftsmanship and expertise. A SLOW, MEANINGFUL APPROACH TO DENIM More than a seasonal collaboration, Maison Kitsuné x KURO reflects a shared commitment to slow fashion, quality-led design and cultural authenticity. By merging Japanese textile mastery with Maison Kitsuné’s unique art de vivre, the capsule positions denim not as a trend, but as an enduring medium for expression. Through this collaboration, Maison Kitsuné brings its Parisian influence into the world of Japanese denim, creating a capsule that balances structural rigor with poetic expression. Entirely crafted in Japan, each garment is produced using shuttle-loom selvedge denim and time-honored artisanal techniques. The emphasis is placed on texture, durability and the beauty of imperfection allowing the material to evolve naturally over time. Founded in Tokyo in 2010 by designer Yusuke Yatsuhashi, KURO has established itself as a reference in premium Japanese denim, defined by monozukuri — the soulful pursuit of craftsmanship. All KURO garments are dyed, cut and finished in Kojima, Okayama, a region internationally revered for its selvedge denim expertise and traditional indigo dyeing techniques.

Maison Kitsuné unveils an exclusive, limited-edition eyewear capsule in collaboration with A. SOCIETY, the Hong Kong–born independent eyewear brand known for its form-first design approach and strong ties to Asia’s underground art and music culture. Blending Maison Kitsuné’s Paris–meets–Tokyo DNA with A.SOCIETY’s Hong Kong creative pulse, the collaboration brings together three cities, three sensibilities and a shared vision of thoughtful, accessible luxury. Crafted in Japan with a meticulous focus on materials, fit and precision, the capsule translates cultural storytelling into wearable design. A DIALOGUE BETWEEN CITIES AND CULTURES Founded in Paris and deeply rooted in both French and Japanese culture, Maison Kitsuné continues to expand its universe beyond fashion, exploring new product categories through carefully curated collaborations. This capsule marks a strategic entry into eyewear approached with intention, craftsmanship and cultural relevance. A. SOCIETY, established in Hong Kong, draws inspiration from Asia’s alternative creative scenes to design statement eyewear that balances architecture, attitude and wearability. Known for its handcrafted frames and inclusive design philosophy, the brand places form, material quality and fit at the core of every silhouette. Together, Maison Kitsuné and A. SOCIETY imagine eyewear as a cultural object with a story carried across cities. THE COLLECTION The capsule features three signature eyewear designs, each meticulously handcrafted in Japan: — HIKARI: a refined, lightweight metal frame inspired by classicoptical and aviator silhouettes— CAMILLE: a unisex acetate design balancing softnessand structure— MING: a bold, sculptural frame with a strong contemporaryattitude The collection is completed by eyewear accessories, including necklaces and pendants, designed as functional yet collectible objects that extend the eyewear experience beyond the frame itself. PACKAGING AS A CULTURAL KEEPSAKE Packaging becomes an integral part of the journey. More than a box, the packaging is conceived as a souvenir. Inspired by handwritten postcards, each pair of sunglasses is presented in a sleeve unfolding like a message sent from Hong Kong, stamped with traditional “chops” — symbolic seals deeply rooted in Chinese culture. As a special detail, four different chop designs have been created exclusively for the collaboration. Each chop is randomly included in the packaging as part of a blind box concept, with a limited run of 200 pieces total, turning every unboxing into a unique moment and collectible experience.
